The costume looks great and seems like great material. But it’s really difficult to get in contact with them for exchanges. Sent email first like they ask with all the information needed. Haven’t received an email back, so decided to DM on Instagram multiple times but haven’t received responses yet despite trying to be respectful of their within 7 days rule. A little disappointed since they say they strive for customer satisfaction.
