How to File a Claim?
If your package encounters any "shipping boss" issues, don’t worry! At Rolecosplay, we offer two ways to handle your claim to ensure you get your refund or reshipment as quickly as possible.
Option A: Let Us Handle It for You (Recommended)
If you prefer a hands-off experience, our support team is happy to manage the process for you.
- Contact Us: Send an email to [rolecosplay@gmail.com] with your Order Number and a brief description of the issue.
- Attach Proof: Attach photos of the damaged items/packaging or a screenshot of the tracking anomaly.
- Sit Back & Relax: Our team will coordinate with Xcotton to file the claim on your behalf and update you on the status within 2-3 business days.
Option B: Self-Service for Faster Results
If you want to speed things up, you can file a claim directly through the Xcotton Resolution Center. This is often the fastest way to get your compensation approved.

Login: Visit the Resolution Center and log in using your Email and Protection /Order Number.
- Select Claim Type: Choose the reason (Loss, Damage, or Delay) and select the affected products.
- Upload Materials: Upload your photos or tracking screenshots directly to the portal.
- Enter Payment Info: Provide your PayPal or bank details for the reimbursement.
- Submit: Most self-service claims are reviewed and processed with high priority.
