Return & Exchange Policy
1. Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you wish to cancel your order, please refer to the following terms:

Customer-Initiated Cancellation: All cancellation requests must be submitted via our official support email or live chat.

Within 72 Hours of Ordering: You are eligible for a full refund with no questions asked.

After 72 Hours (Before Shipping): As most of our costumes are handmade or made-to-order, if the production process has already begun, a 10% restocking and labor fee (based on the total order value) will be deducted from your refund. Our customer service team will contact you regarding the specific production status upon receiving your request.

After Shipping: Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled. Please follow our Return Policy after receiving the package.
2. Returns, Exchanges & Replacements
We strive to provide high-quality cosplay products. For any after-sales requests, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package with clear photo evidence.

B. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or resend requests under the following conditions:

Used or Altered: Items with odors, makeup stains, or those that have been washed.

Styled Wigs: Wigs that have been trimmed, styled, or used.

Minor Variance: Slight color differences or a 1-3cm measurement error.

Personal Reasons: "I don't like it," "I missed my convention," etc.

Custom-Size Items: Costumes made to your specific measurements are final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect.
3. Process & Shipping Fees
Step 1: Contact Us (rolecosplay@gmail.com) within 7 days with your Order ID and photos. We will respond within 48 hours to negotiate a solution.
Step 2: Procedures

Return: Ship back after authorization. We cover shipping for defects; buyers cover shipping for personal reasons.

Exchange: The buyer must ship the original item back to our warehouse first. For non-quality issues, the buyer covers return shipping costs.

Resend: For missing/broken parts, we will resend them FREE. No return required.
Step 3: Important Notice (Shipping Disclaimer) Please ensure you use a shipping method with a tracking number for all returns. We are not responsible for lost return packages without a valid tracking ID.
