A: Yes! Free Standard Shipping on orders over $299 to US, UK, EU, Canada, Australia, and 20+ other countries. For other orders, shipping costs are calculated by weight and destination—you can check your cart before checkout.
Within 24 hours of placing your order: email rolecosplay@gmail.com to cancel for a full refund with no cancellation fee.
After 24 hours and before shipment: cancellations for personal reasons are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
After shipment (when a tracking number has been generated), cancellations and refunds are not accepted.
A: Items must be unused and unworn, and return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Clearance items and lucky bags are non-refundable, and partial returns of a costume are not eligible for a refund.

For order cancellations, requests made within 24 hours receive a full refund with no fee. After 24 hours and before shipment, cancellations for personal reasons are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
