🚛1. The shipping time shown at checkout refers only to the transit time and does not include processing time.

Your estimated delivery time = Order processing Time + Shipping Time.

📦2. Products marked as Ready to Ship will be dispatched within 48 hours.

For all other products, please refer to the processing time indicated on the product page.

If no specific time is provided, the default processing time is 3–7 business days.

🏠3. We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a complete and accurate physical address.

If your address contains errors or cannot be delivered, our customer service team will contact you via email before shipment.

1. Except for orders shipped to the United States, all packages sent via Express Shipping will incur import taxes or duties during customs clearance.

All packages sent via Standard Shipping are tax-prepaid (DDP) and will not require additional tax payment upon delivery.

However, please note that there is a chance your package may be inspected by customs, which could cause delivery delays.

Customers with shipping addresses in Mexico, Argentina, Chile, or Brazil, as well as European customers (except the UK) who choose Express Shipping, must provide their tax ID or personal identification number (e.g., RFC for Mexico, CUIT for Argentina) when placing the order to ensure smooth customs clearance.

3. Import duties are imposed by the destination country and are beyond our control. If a package is returned due to refusal to pay taxes or accept delivery, all related costs (including both-way shipping fees and handling charges) will be borne by the buyer.
