Character Introduction: Yuri is a 15-year-old Russian figure skater and a teammate to Victor Nikiforov who has won three consecutive junior world championships. Due to his blunt and harsh personality, he is nicknamed "Russian Punk" , but is also known as the "Russian Fairy" because of his good looks. He won first place the junior circuit during the year Yuri K. lost in the Grand Prix Finale and is now preparing to skate in the senior circuit. During his stay in Japan, he is called "Yurio" when Yuri K. is around to distinguish between the two Yuris.
