Yowamushi Pedal

Yowamushi Pedal (弱虫ペダル Yowamushi Pedaru, lit. "Weakling Pedal") is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Wataru Watanabe. It is published by Akita Shoten and began its serialization in 2008's 12th issue of the Weekly Shōnen Champion magazine. As of August 7, 2015, there have been 41 compiled volumes published. An anime television series adaptation began airing on October 7, 2013. Both seasons of the TV anime have been licensed by Discotek Media, while the manga has been picked up by Yen Press.
