The Queen of Hearts from Alice in Wonderland is a popular cosplay choice. She’s a strong, feminine villain full of color and personality. Sure, we’ll get around to her more classic appearance soon, but today is for the risk takers! Cosplay can be high fashion. It can be elegant, unique, and above all else, beautiful. Wonderland has never been so pretty!
There is nothing about this picture I’m not crazy about. Ruby Randall has put together a work of art! Look at the roses in her hair, the heart shaped lips, and that sparkly heart necklace. The leather heart mask is by Tom Banwell and I can’t stop staring at it. His Facebook page is packed full of everything from plague masks, to animals, to delicate beauties like this. Gorgeous!

Off with their heads! Ulorinvex brings a dark and gothic vibe to everyone’s favorite Red Queen. This shot was from the cover shoot for Bizarre Magazine . (Note to self, check that out!) I like that the only bows are on her shoes and in her hair. It cuts the cute that would have ruined this look. Check out the coordinating cosplay wig, the heart detailing, and those red fishnets! If you want to see more of this gorgeous outfit you can find her on Facebook here .

Look at how beautiful this lighter version of the Red Queen is. There’s a lot going on! Notice the lace paneled corset, the chessboard inspired skirt, the elaborate body paint, and that phenomenal crown! I swear she’s judging that rose.

Lilly Blue Diamond makes one heck of a dark and menacing Queen of Hearts. She just radiates arrogance with that strong stance! I love the harsh slash of scarlet from her ribbon choker (Off with her head?) and the beautiful card collar and cuffs.
Photographer: Lilif Ilane_ARTWORK . Stunning, stunning work!
Oh. My. Gosh. Look at those two tone lips and that costume! Everywhere you look there is something to draw your eye. The pearl detailing, the lace gloves, hearts, checks, jewels, and an assortment of beautiful fabrics. This is the work of R&R Art Group and I’ve got to give it to them. This is exquisite!
Photographer: Quetos Ningunos . Lucky you, You can see more of this stunner!
Msventress cosplays a spot on Queen of Hearts from the Disney Designer Villains doll collection. This took her about 6 months to complete and I’d say it’s worth it. Designer Dolls are becoming one of my favorite fashion cosplays!
Neferet Cosplay will give you chills! Everything she touches is gold. This is her Madness Returns Queen of Hearts, but you can see more of her on her Facebook page. This is the kind of cosplay that made me want to call my site Cos Couture. Artists like this deserve to be singled out. It’s fantastic!
Photographer: Sebastian Gambolati
This is where Disney fashion meets high fashion. It’s exquisite! Eyeworks Photography put together this beautiful shoot and I’m thrilled they did! RUN to their Facebook page to see more designs like this. It’s like looking at someone else’s dreams. I’ve always thought of cosplay as a new type of modern art and this is why. If the world had more people like this it would be such a beautiful place!

FireLily Cosplay, your shoes are fantastic! I also love the teeny hearts on her bodice, the sassy crown, and that train! Notice the red swirls. Guys, that isn’t fabric, that is 19 thousand hand glued rhinestones. Let that sink in for a second. I’m impressed! Like her Facebook page to learn more about this costume and the amazing FireLily.

This is based off the artwork by CrimsonCobwebs . I love the cheek heart! Doesn’t it kink of remind you of Rainbow Brite and her star?
This isn’t a cosplay or fashion shoot but I had to include it. This is “Alice” by The Washington Ballet . Click the link to see some of the most beautiful costuming I’ve ever seen sprouting from Wonderland. Look at her rose inspired headdress!
